The value of the contents of each mystery box will always exceed the priced value! All pieces are intuitively chosen by me. This is a great option for those who don’t know/don’t mind what you will get. The larger the mystery box, the more value you will get out of your purchase! You may make special requests in the cart at checkout and I will do my best to accommodate, however I cannot guarantee anything. Please choose carefully to ensure you select the correct option you wish to. This option was put in place to promote satisfaction with your intuitive mystery picks. There is a certain level of expectation for quality and value and that differs for everybody. While there is a general “market price” for gemstones, pricing is subjective. I understand that it may be difficult to trust new sellers, and this is my way of hoping to build that trust with you! 

Quality preferred means you may receive fewer items in your mystery box, but you would prefer they be of higher quality. Please note, this may mean that get as few as two high quality items worth the value of your mystery size selection. 

Quantity preferred means you may receive more items in your mystery box but they may not be as high of quality. This is a great option if you’d like to adopt some imperfect crystal babes!

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided expect under extenuating circumstances as determined by myself. Once an order is placed, it can no longer be modified. Custom & live show orders may be modified to add, exchange, or remove items claimed if you contact us PRIOR TO CHECKOUT, WITHIN THE 3 DAY TIMEFRAME. (Please review our live sale claim policy)

All item dimensions are provided the item descriptions, imperfections are disclosed, and numerous images from several angles are provided. Therefore “not getting what you expected“ is not a valid reason for reimbursement. Please review your cart and look over each item’s description prior to placing your order to ensure you are getting what you want.

Please also review your shipping address and information to ensure there are no issues getting your package to you.

If you must change your shipping information after ordering, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible so it can be changed before shipment to avoid any delays. Once the package is shipped, the order has been fulfilled on our end and we are therefore no longer responsible for the delivery of said package.

We package every order with care to ensure it arrives in the same condition it was shipped, but we know that mistakes can happen. Under certain circumstances, items that become broken/damaged during shipment may be eligible for store credit. Tracking numbers will be provided with every purchase in an effort to prevent any issues with shipment. 

PRICING AND PROMOTIONS

The price that you pay at checkout is the price that will be honored. You may notice that prices change from time to time. This can be due to a number of reasons such as promotions, sales, market prices, wholesaler prices, etc. If the price changes before or after the time you purchase it, the price of the item you purchased will not change. You will not be expected to pay more if a price increases, and therefore cannot expect to pay less if a price decreases. This also one applies to any store credit and refunds or returns that are provided in extenuating circumstances.
